The Display Phone Model 200 (DP200) is designed for use with the Picazo VS1 business telephone system. The DP200 has the capability to accept five incoming calls. Three of the five Line Appearance buttons can be customized as Extension View buttons known as Direct Station Select/Busy Lamp Field (DSS/BLF). Each of the five buttons provides a visual display of a call’s status. Also available for the DP200 is the ACD Status Board Option Kit

The Single Line Phone Model 206 (SL206) is an analog phone designed to be used with any phone system.

The Attendant98™ CTI client application is a powerful primary answering position for a business with high traffic call activity. Attendant98 improves a receptionist’s ability to handle calls and work in other Windows® applications between calls.

The Call98™ CTI client application or Connect98™ CTI client application with PC Card removes the phone from the desk and puts it inside the computer, handling multiple calls at the same time with powerful CTI capabilities. A PC Card is installed in the computer to provide easy-to-use call processing buttons, icons, and phonebook directories on-screen.
