Automated Attendant
Small Office’s auto attendant can be set up to function full-time or only during hours when your live receptionist is busy or off premises. Either way your business will receive calls 24 hours a day. It will offer customers a warm greeting and guide them properly to any destination in your company (including a live operator if you choose.) And many routine inquiries, such as business hours and location, can be handled entirely by the auto attendant. Fax Tones
